the narrator ducks as he walks through the door and he says:

That’s a remarkable security measure, it stops anybody over 5 foot 6 escaping. Lunch I think

what do you think he means when he says "Lunch I think"?
Is it a pun coming from some sit-coms, tv programs or else?
