Italian translation:We are not quite that abrupt in Italian but nonetheless...
Explanation:
"Dovresti uscire insieme a me. Mi piaci molto." A very literal translation

"Perche' non esci insieme a me? Mi piaci molto?
less peremptory

good luck!

Don't waste time, go for it !

Explanation:
Why waste time with 'should' and 'really'?
You probably hate all sort of nuances and subtleties.

Listen to me, just say:

"Donna, tu esci con me perche' mi piaci molto"
Which translates literally as
"Woman, you go out with me
because I like you"

The added advantage is that you will make sure to have all time you need to watch TV, on your own.

Dovresti uscire con me. Mi piaci veramente.

Explanation:
ho tradotto abbastanza letteralmente, magari cercando di esplicitare ciò che voleva diree l'autore: credo fosse nel senso di "mi piaci sul serio, non ti sto prendendo in giro".
