buonanotte, mia dolce, spero tu possa far sogni d'oro e riposare bene.


Explanation:
"mia dolce" può sembrare forse un po' sorpassata come espressione ma rende bene l'idea di un pensiero romantico e riprende il concetto intrinseco in "honey". si potrebbe anche evitare di riprendere la forma "spero che", dicendo semplicemente "sogni d'oro e riposa bene", ma è meglio non alterare troppo la forma originale, visto che in italiano non suona comunque fuori luogo.
