Explanation: I would skip "to class" you would not say in in conversation (because both speaker and listener are in the same place and the reference to the class or the course would be superfluous). I would say the same is true for a bulletin board which possibly hangs outside or inside your classroom.
In Italian you would just say "welcome" and I have added "caloroso" (heartfelt, warm) "a tutti" "to all" to round off the sentence.
