English to Italian translations [Non-PRO]
English term or phrase:translators: lack of self-confidence
it is time you wake up translators and act as mature people; not as a bunch of children at a jardin d`enfant show. when this site pursue askers to choose a winner it is not helping you as much as stamping you with a need to prove yourselves seal. if you need to prove yourselves after all your previous years of expertise _ as you claim_ you are not considered qualified. This is an immature tricky issue which ought to be discussed maturely.

talking about self-confidence...
Explanation: ...if you really had self-confidence, you would have signed your message.
everyone is entitled to his/her opinions, but be assertive and introduce yourself. we all sign our messages.
Explanation: I wonder what made you so upset as to resort to insulting the people who, obviously, must have tried to help you by answering your questions. Did you, perchance, receive 63 messages in your mailbox all in the same day? Imagine that some 200 and more of us got the same number of questions (and more)in one day. You must admit that, had you been in our shoes, you would now ask the asker our dues. I don't quite understand why we are immature in asking you to simply abide by the rules of this game called Kudoz. It is not just a question of points, but of feedback on the solution we proposed in that context. It is a learning opportunity for the answerers as well as for the askers.
The messages you receive as nudging mail are signed. Please do take this up with the person who signed those messages. Also remember that the site produces reminders automatically. This type of message is not signed.
One last question: what is so awful or undignified about going back to the questions you asked and selecting the answer that helped you the most in translating your text? Really, think about it.
Since you did not sign your name, we will probably have the pleasure of helping you in the future. We don't mind: we do it mostly for ourselves.
