English term or phrase: drop-off
a drop-off at the end of a slope can cause the wheelchair to tip over. I assume this is "dislivello" but would appreciate confirmation

Italian translation:dislivello, gradino
Explanation:
Penso che tu abbia ragione; il Merriam-Webster on line dice:

Main Entry: drop-off
Pronunciation: 'dräp-"of
Function: noun
Date: 1923
1 : a very steep or perpendicular descent
2 : a marked dwindling or decline <a drop-off in attendance>

quindi penso sia giusto.
