C'è tutta l'ironia dell'originale, che esprime una "sfortuna" con una frase apparentemente positiva (tempismo sorprendente) che intende l'esatto contrario.
Trattandosi di teatro l'abilità dell'attrice starà tutta nel dare valore ai puntini di sospensione (pausa). credo che sia opportuno sottolinerlo con una nota. Poi, non uso solo "tempismo" perché credo che in una battuta teatrale l'inglese "timing" sia più "parlante", mentre con la mia proposta cerco di conservare in italiano e l'ironia e il modulo linguistico.

Aggiungo che si può scegliere di omettere "ti capita" o "proprio" o "tutto" o persino tutti e tre contemporaneamente: "Lo so. Al momento... giusto. "
