Explanation:
Non so se mi sono perso qualche passaggio o se ignoro qualcosa, ma la parola pronunciata nel video a 3:22 (qui su YouTube: http://bit.ly/1bbYimU) è decisamente "hierarchy" (\ˈhī-(ə-)ˌrär-kē\), quindi non penso ci sia bisogno di andare a cerca un eventuale significato del quasi omofono "high rocky" (\ˈhī\ + \ˈrä-kē\).
