Nel senso della dimensione che ha un pixel sullo schermo. Più il valore è piccolo e migliore è la qualità dello schermo. Si usa soprattutto per i monitor. Comunque non l'ho mai visto tradotto.
Un pixel non è un carattere, ma un puntino elementare sullo schermo. L'immagine è formata da tanti pixel (per esempio 800*600)

Sarebbe opportuno che tu fornissi maggiori particolari sul contesto..

Explanation:
Lo trovo invariato su un mucchio di siti. Siccome in computerese, l'inglese fa "chic", se il tuo è un testo "chic" orientati di conseguenza. Io preferisco sempre l'italiano, se posso (per non darmi la zappa sui piedi e perdere il lavoro per mancanza di parole/frasi/espressioni inglesi da tradurre!)
