English term or phrase: blur e sharpen
The filters we’re going explore fall into three categories: blur, sharpen, and noise. Blur and sharpen are essentially opposites, but bear in mind that that doesn’t mean one will always reverse the effect of the other. Blurring, by its nature, tends to lose information from the image, and sharpening can’t bring this back. A sharp image can always be blurred, but if you sharpen too much, pixel values will be clipped and blurring won’t restore the original image.

Contrasta (Sharpen) < Contrasta (Sharpen); Contrasta bordi (Sharpen Edges); Contrasta maggiormente (Sharpen More); Maschera di contrasto (Unsharp Mask)
Sfocatura (Blur) < Sfoca (Blur); Controllo sfocatura (Gaussian Blur); Effetto movimento (Motion Blur); Sfoca maggiormente (Blur More); Sfocatura migliore (Smart Blur); Sfocatura radiale (Radial Blur)

Poi:
Blur tool = strumento sfoca
Sharpen tool = strumento contrasta

(Noise = Disturbo)
