U've only found one reference to this pattern on the web, so it's hardly well known in English either. The only thing I can deduce from the page that I viewed is that in this case the stripes are two colours (navy and garnet), so I imagine they form an alternating pattern:

" The tattersall and Bergen stripe in navy and garnet are simply stunning, especially paired with the garnet vest."

As I see it you have 3 choices: 1) contact the client for further information; 2) use "a righe alternate"; 3) settle for a literal translation "righe Bergen".
