English term or phrase: OU(stands for?), and Remington's famous bronco buster
Hello. I need a help on the term above. I am translating some legal suspense novel, and in the novel, there is a big fan of football who has
"OU" football paraphernalia all over his room.

Also in his room there is a famous sculpture of
Remington's famous bronco buster. What is this?

Anybody know what the word OU stands for, and what is the "Remington's famous bronco buster sculpture, please help.

Thank you,
Momoe

Thank you very much, Keiko. I have checked the HP and
also checked the word University of Oklahoma for football. Your answer was so helpful and it was even fun to find out about Frederic Remington(even though it was for a job.)
One question. How did you know that Remington's "Bronco
Buster" is it? Those kind of words are usually a difficult
part for me, because it relates deeply with that country's
culture, which I don't have much knowledge of.( I stayed a year in the U.S.)

OU stands for University of Oklahoma

Explanation:
OU football seems to be quite famous in the United States. There are quite a few websites. Search "football" and "OU", and I think you'll get an idea of what it's all about.
