agree  seika: Hi Kurt. I thought it was "...PM System p lead (verb) follow up (noun)" and "further lead (as adjective) progression"...

  -> are you referring to "lead" in my reference or "lead" in the asker's question? All three "lead" in the asker's question are referring to the same thing.
