English term or phrase: balanced charge
I don't know if this is a special terminology used in this field, but if it is, I think it's either 平衡電荷 or 平衡荷電. They are existing terms, so I wanted to make sure correct term was applied.
Balanced charge is a state when two objects or matters are charged equally with positive and negative charge. Making them neutral when put togher.
