personal jurisdiction に関しては、「対人管轄権」「人的管轄権」ともいうようで Google ではむしろこちらの方のヒット件数が多いようです（ほぼ同数）。ですので、こちらの方を採用していただいた方がいいかも知れません。

なお、上は exclusive jurisdiction に対する訳を示したつもりですが、executive jurisdiction というのもあります。もしそうであれば、executive jurisdiction は「執行管轄権」となります。

やはり exclusive jurisdiction ではないかということですが、「本ソ¥フトウェアのライセンスから生ずる紛争を裁定する」ことを考えれば、そうだと思います。

なお、以上のことをする機関ということであれば、「専属管轄裁判所」という訳も可能¥と思われます。

I conclude it's the mis-spelling of 'exclusive jurisdiction' of the original sentence. I checked into the web to consider 専属管轄権 and 対人管轄権 for these terms, knowing the possibility to name them as institutions. Thank you very much. Much helpful. ありがとうございます。
