English term or phrase: contract agreement \
I have not much experience in translating contract agreements, and would like to ask help from those more experienced in this field. I have difficulty translating the following phrase... (not only that, I have difficulty understanding its meaning. If a translation is difficult, I hope you could tell me in English in simpler words what it means)

"but in any event not less than 9% of the gross box office receipts as well as proportional share of any fees indemnities premiums and penalties collected by the Licensee in respect of the rights granted herein"

I assumed that this is a separate sentense with a meaning of its own, but if it is connected to the earlier phrase, I hope you could let me know that too. The earlier phrase goes...

"Licensee shall pay to the Licensors royalties... of the gross amount from sales.... where the Play shall be produced under this licence but in any event...."

Thank you very much in advance for your help!!

Japanese translation:但し、いかなる場合も切符A
Explanation:
Please note that the partial translation of an agreement or a patent is basically impracticable and the translation shown above is for reference only. At the same time, these kinds of documents are easy to read after being accustomed to. For example, US patent laws recommend (or stipulate)to use plain and simple expression. Otherwise, the application will be rejected.
For this specific query, the phrase was too long for me to memorize before writing this!
