Yes  Mami Yamaguchi: インフォームド・コンセントは医療現場に定着していますね。 「医療者が患者や被験者に対して十分な説明を行い,それに患者や被験者が明確に同意を示して初めて医療者は患者に治療や実験を施すことができる」という立場から必然的にできた言葉です。補足・・・ ↓ katsuhikoさんの仰るように、「説明と同意」を使う医療現場も多いです。
