Medical
English term or phrase: visually impaired
"recording of educational material for the visually impaired" is what I need in Japanese, not really just the last two words. Any help will be very gratefully received.....even my native informants are at a loss. Thanks

Japanese translation:shikaku shougaisha 視覚障害者
Explanation:
shikaku; eyesight, sense fo vision
