Japanese translation:お医者様の準備ができました。Oisha-sama no junbi ga dekimashita.
Explanation:
お医者様の準備ができました。
Oishasama no junbi ga dekimashita.
Literal Translation: The doctor's preperation is done.
Meaning: The doctor is ready for you.

Oisha-sama= doctor (polite way of saying "Isha". FYI: Japanese say it politely to any doctor!)
Junbi= preperation (may use "Youi 用意"; same with Junbi)
Dekimashita= completed/ finished

OR- you can also say it this way:
診療の準備ができました。
Shinryou no junbi ga dekimashita.
Shinryou= consultation/ treatment.

If you are leading patients into examination room, you may also add:
こちらにどうぞ (Kochira ni douzo)meaning "please come this way."
