Yoi Kyuujitsu or Yoi Kyuuka

Explanation:
'yoi' means 'good'. 'kyuujitsu' and 'kyuuka' mean 'holidays'.
'happy' means 'shiawase(na)' or 'koufuku(na).
When you say 'happy holidays' to somebody, it will be more natural to say 'yoi kyuujitsu(or kyuuka) wo osugoshi kudasai'. It means the same as 'I wish you happy holidays'.
