This is a quote from Frank Lloyd Wright (1867-1959). He was a famous architect, and he designed the building of the Guggenheim Museum in New York City, and, in Japan, the former buidling of the Imperial Hotel (Teikoku Hotel). The literal translation would be something like "贅沢な生活を私に与えて下さい。そうすれば、私は必要なものがなくても喜んでするでしょう".
