回りまわって帰ってくる (Mawari Mawatte Kaette Kuru)

As you said, this is an English saying
and we have this saying in Japanese too.
Mawari - round,
Mawatte - goes around
Kaette Kuru - comes back.
If you put the words "Yatta Koto Subete " which means "All your deeds"
in front of the above phrase, it makes it even clearer.
Hope that helped.

Zama Mirou!!

Literally translated this means, "You get what you deserve!" which is basically the same thing as What Comes Around Goes Around.
