English term or phrase: Emerald Rainbow caterpillars
This is from a children's book. Is there such a variety of caterpillars? I cannot find it in any of my dictionaries. I will appreciate if anyone can help me...

Japanese translation:emerarudo niji kemushi
Explanation:
The three words above are literal translations of the words "emerald rainbow caterpillar". A brief search with the Encyclopedia Britannica did
not produce any such combination of words referring to an actual capterpillar, so I suspect this is an
imaginary creature. The best way to confirm this is to ask the author of the children's book! Hope this is helpful.

Thank you so much! I thought it might not be a real caterpillar, either. But I wanted to hear other people's opinions as well. It was very helpful. Thanks again!
