English term or phrase: word count charge rate
I had a job offer and my client wants me to count words and he is willing to pay for it.
I don't know how much I charge for the work. I have been googling but couldn't find the answer.

Can you give me an answer or clue?

Thanks in advance.

Explanation:
I assume that you're an interpreter.
Though I don't know much about the interpretation, charging with word count is normal in translation field.

If your client wants to pay you as 'word count charge rate' and to count words, there is a rate for words such as 0.1 USD/word.
For example, if you translate 100 words, then you get 10 USD.
You can find more detailed information in the reference link.

Hope it helps.
