English term or phrase: Do not spit.
I am a teacher and I am having difficulty communicating this to some of my male students.
Mrs. Clark
침 뱉지 마세요.
Explanation:
I'm not sure of what age your students are, but spitting habit is common among Koeran students, esp. smokers. If you need to post a sign on the wall, you can use the proposed translation. Or you can say "chim-bat-jee ma-se-yo". (You might want to have one of your students pronounce the phrase for you.)

Good luck :)

Thank you for your help. I will see if one of my students can help me with the pronounciation. Your exact answer does not look right; do I need some type of translator on my Mac to see the Korean characters? Where would I find something like that? Thanks again!
