Here's a way to translate your phrase into Latin. If you are referring to a male, it should be "dignus" and if you refer to a female it should be "digna".
Adorationis: genitive which means "of worship".
The verb is implicit, but if you want you could add "es" (you are) : dignus/a es adorationis.
