brian
animus excelsus magnificusque
Explanation:
this is a quote from Cicero, that I found in Perseus. it is a bit stronger than what you want, with the repetition .

I was looking for confirmation of "magnificus" when I found the sentence.
Obviously I think of Lorenzo il Magnifico, the ideal renaissance prince, as truly Magnificus and noble.

You can then opt for
"animus magnificus"

Animus Nobilis

Explanation:
Dear Brian,

In my humble opinion, I think "optimus" goes a bit further the meaning of "noble". I would keep "noble" as it is, for it has a word in Latin: Nobilis - which is noble in both "blood" and imaginary sense.

Hope it helps!
