English to Latin translations [Non-PRO] Bus/Financial / Foreign Currency
English term or phrase:Good evening guests. Welcome to the Soiree. Everyone looks beautiful.
International Corporate event held in the U.S. with a multi-lingual, work force.
Explanation: welcome = Salve! (Cicero uses it so can you)
Good evening = the Romans did not use good morning, good evening etc, but they would use at any time of the day = Ave!
or a more elegant form = Ave atque vale!
which I think would be the best to use
As for soirée the word does not exist in Latin, as far as I know
you are all beautiful = omnes pulchri estis
so I suggest:
Salve! Ave atque vale! Omnes pulchri estis
