Explanation:
This is obviously not true Latin, it is just a schoolboy joke, using "illegitimes" for bastards and "carborundum", a superhard material used for grinding, for the rest of the phrase.

Actually the English version is "don't let the bastards GRIND you down"
(hence the use of "carborundum")
