Jeigu kitur tame tekste jau vertėte „įstatymas prieš kyšius“ ("anti-bribery law") ir „įstatymas prieš korupciją“ ("anti-corruption law"), ir netinka vartoti žodžio „otkata“, tada gal reikti sekti Anglono pavyzdį ir vadinti „dėkingumo mokesčiu“ (neteisėtai gautų pinigų dalies atidavimas aukštesniam pareigūnui).
