Hi AAAS, I just hope you're not confusing that with the translation of 'which' as a kata tanya, in which case 'yang mana' is correct. KIMD also gives 'which is your house?' = 'yang manakah rumah awak?'. 'yang mana' cannot be used as a CONJUNCTION.
