English term or phrase: Conditioner
Hair and scalp conditioner = **** rambut dan kulit kepala

If it was for the hair alone --> Perapi, right?

But you don't "rapikan" the scalp, do you?

Is there a word for **** which can be used for hair and scalp?

Perawat
Explanation:
Thanks for the email :)
I understand the need for accuracy.
Let's see, we've covered pelembab, which you'll be using elsewhere; penyihat which sounds weird.
Perawat? Syampu perawat. Untuk merawat rambut dan kulit kepala. Does that sound OK?
I think this has a good double meaning in English:
1. Treat (as in to make something better)
2. Treat (as in to give something good / something that makes you feel good)
Not sure whether that comes across as well in Malay.

Thanks again, yes this seems the perfect word and it makes sense in all the instances where it appeared.

menyihatkan / melembapkan

Explanation:
a few alternatives.
'menyihatkan rambut dan kulit kepala.'
some conditioners also moisturize to reduce scaling, so 'melembapkan kulit kepala' is also a possibility.
