Tandas/bilik air di mana?


Explanation:
...use "bilik air" if you want to refresh yourself and "tandas" if you want to answer the call of nature. It is safe to use both terms in towns & cities since restrooms are equipped with both facilities. Problem MIGHT arise in the rural/remote areas where "tandas" (or "jamban")could also mean "latrine".
