English term or phrase: 4-86
"This is ridiculous! Why should I tolerate this? You're talking pure 4-86 (Four eighty-six)!"

Script about two rival criminals and their family lives.

Explanation:
This one is a little tricky. I know for sure it's a street term, and is quite commonly used by youngsters around the States. I'm not so sure about the usage here though.
I think what it means is actually 486 (It's common to say four eighty-six, or two nineteen, etc. It's just a style of speech).
When someone says you or something is 486, it means, "very slow". 486 refers to the computer processor - outdated, very slow - whereas now, we have the much faster Pentium.

Based on this, I suggest:
1. lembab
2. bodoh
3. perlahan
4. bebal

No formal references. Based mostly on my interactions in the States.

tq..i choose bodoh because it's good for the context (in malay)..now it's easier to understand that the criminal was complaining because of his slow witted gang member.

disagree  rkaru: This being a conversation between criminals, not techies, I'd say more likely 4-86 = BS rather than the computer ref.

-> Actually, the term isn't used by just the technically inclined. It's also street/ebonics/college slang. BS=BS/crap
