English term or phrase: Collard greens versus kale
Begge disse oversettes med grønnkål. Ikke veldig tilfredsstillende.
Er det noen "kålholder" blant kollegaene som vet hvordan dette kan oversettes slik at det blir klart at det faktisk dreier seg om to forskjellige bladgrønnsaker.
Og nei, det latinske navnet i parentes gjelder ikke!

neutral  Koen Speetjens: Cale er i hvert fall det vi kaller grønnkål, kruskål blir bare brukt meget sporadisk. Så du kan ikke skille mellom kale (krus-/grønnkål) og collard green (blad-/glattblada grønnkål) ved å kalle collard greens bare for grønnkål. Kan evt. gå med på Bladkål.
