Passer vel neppe med undertrykkelse i denne sammenhengen. Det er mulig det kan stå på engelsk, ellers foreslår jeg strupe, ettersom det er en vanlig term i forb. med ventiler o.l. og beskriver en funksjon.

Ordbok og sammenheng kan være to forskjellige ting. Teksten lyder \"The Throttle Exempt Addresses page allows you to exempt
client computers from the packet restrictions selected on the Configuration Parameters page\". Så når det er tale om \"restrictions\", mener jeg \"strupe\" passser bedre. Ellers kan jo throttle bety gass, som i full throttle - full gass! iflg. ordbok...
