English to Norwegian translations [Non-PRO]
English term or phrase:Will you go to Junior Prom with me?
I would like to ask my boyfriend to prom. He's from Norway, so I wanted to ask him in Norwegian.
Explanation: There's really no equivalent to "prom" in Norwegian. Use "skoleballet" if you have to.
"å" is pronounced approx. like "a" in "fall".
"med": the "e" is pronounced a bit like "ea" in "bear". The "d" is silent.
The pronounciation of "meg" is something in the middle between "may" and "my".
