English term or phrase:water fountain
(American English)"an apparatus in a public place that provides water for drinking"
(in British English it is "drinking fountain")
Explanation: I met this in a several Polish books and newspapers/magazines.
On the other hand "poidełko" may have been used in relation to w. fountains in Sopot but this word is used for decades describing installations ov various kind, "dispensing" drinking water for wild and domestic birds and small mammals and other little beasts.
On 'still another hand', "poidło" - a large "poidełko" is for watering big guys, such as cattle.
