poprosiłam urząd komunikacyjny (DVLA) w Anglii o wyjaśnienie kilku terminów z ich dowodu rejestracyjnego. Poniżej przekazuję odpowiedzi - może komuś się przyda.
- The revenue weight is the maximum weight (i.e. gross weight or gross train weight) for vehicles that are subject to plating and testing. For non-testable vehicles, the revenue weight will be the maximum weight a vehicle can lawfully operate under construction and use limits (i.e. the design weight).
- The mass in service means a mass of the vehicle in running order in (kg), with bodywork in running order (including coolants, oils, fuel, spare wheel, tools and driver).
- The unladen weight of any vehicle is the vehicles own weight when not carrying any goods or burden. This is: Inclusive of the body and all parts which are necessary to or ordinarily used with the vehicle or trailer when working on a road, but exclusive of fuel and in the case of an electrically powered vehicle, the batteries.
