Bus/Financial
English term or phrase: Fiduciary Liability and Commercial Crime
type of insurance
RayWinstone
Polish translation:odpowiedzialnosc cywilnoprawna (?)
Explanation:
"fiduciary liability" is very hard to translate without a context as it very broadly covers the relationship of one person to another where the former is bound to act in good faith for the benefit of the latter, which the Polish law assumes anyhow. That, I believe, includes the liability of directors (in Poland: officers--Art. 291 of the Polish Companies Code) towards the Company and that is precisely the term I have chosen for my answer because of the hint at "Commercial Crime". The Polish term does not include criminal liability, however, as you cannot get insurance against that.
Should the context be other than officers, I would suggest "odpowiedzialnosc kontraktowa"
(contractual liability)

Hope that helps,
