"Executive" to pracownik podejmujacy samodzielne decyzje, co odpowiadałoby polskiemu kierownikowi, przy czym moze to sie odnosic do osob zajmujących tak stosunkowo niska, jak i wysoka pozycję w hierarchii firmy (top executives= scisle kierownictwo).Pomijam w odpowiedzi "business", ale moze daloby sie jakos to oddac. Jednak "zatrudniona w biznesie na stanowisku kierowniczym" nie wydalo mi sie zbyt szczesliwa wersja...
