lub Zasłużeni pracownicy, Zasłużeni dla firmy
chyba że chcesz się trzymać bardzo blisko oryginału? ale wydaje mi się, że w polskim właśnie Zasłużeni brzmią w takim kontekście najbardziej naturalnie

Nie starałabym się zachować tu słowa "team", bo jeśli przetłumaczysz to jako zespół, to wyjdzie, że oni pracowali przez te 20 lat jako jeden zespół (brygada czy coś takiego), a tak zapewne nie było.
