W ogólniejszym sensie "Associate" oznacza też luźne (w różnym stopniu) stowarzyszenie z instytucją fachową, w tym przypadku wydającą taki certyfikat/świadectwo. ponieważ "premodyfikacja" brzmi "soczyściej"(przynajmniej subiektywnie i w tym kontekście;)) stawiam na strukturalną kalkę ("certyfikowany").
