...musi złożyć w sądzie petycję o złagodzenie wyroku. Explanation: Nie mogę zgodzić się z wersją "zwolnienie" gdyż relief oznacza konkretnie "złagodzenie", a to bardzo duża różnica w znaczeniu prawnym. Czym innym jest zwolnić więźnia (np. warunkowo) z odbywania kary, a zupełnie czym innym złagodzić mu wyrok czyli spowodować zmianę decyzji sądu np. na wieloletnie więzienie. Myślę, że właśnie tak jest w tej sytuacji i o to zamierza poprosić adwokat. |
