-6 separate POD blocks on concrete podium above basement car park
-concrete in situ foundations, basement walls, columns and podium slab
- concrete staircores
-POD system - steel prefabricated compartments put together on site
Walls - in situ concrete load bearing walls at basement level
-steel structure PODs at upper levels
- internal plasterboard partition walls inside PODs
Other - PODs - steel structure compartments with 50mm High Density Insulation on external wall
