Zastanawiałem sie jeszcze nad "uznany", ale samo "program uznany" brzmi tak, jakby był powszechnie uznawany za dobry, nie zaś przez konkretny podmiot. Gdyby było "państwowo uznawany" albo "uznawany przez uczelnie wyższe" to wtedy pasuje. Ale bez tych dookreśleń bardziej trafne jest "akredytowany".
