Under the present Agreement, Client hires Contractor to perform the following tasks and services by definition:
Accounting and reporting duties:
•Bookkeeping of accounts of Client according to the applicable taxation rules and referring law;
•Record keeping of the Client’s assests and changes in assests in compliance with the prevailing regulations and bookkeeping the Client’s activities and other financial data records.
•Recording the Client’s fixed assets, calculating the depreciation of these assets in compliance with all such prevailing regulations. Providing professional advice on Client’s inventory records, preparing and updating inventory guidelines.
