wypowiedzenie umowy kredytowej Explanation: Wypowiedzenie przez bank umowy kredytowej oznacza, w sensie prawnym, że jej zapisy przestają obowiązywać. Kredytobiorcę interesują jednak przede wszystkim faktyczne skutki takiej decyzji banku, a te sprowadzają się do obowiązku spłacenia przez niego całej sumy zadłużenia najpóźniej po upływie trzydziestodniowego terminu wypowiedzenia umowy kredytowej.
