English term or phrase: different shades of grey

So if you look at this set of images here, the question thay began to emerge for me based on all the things I've talked about so far was could anyone in these pictures actually be suffering from the same thing from different shades of grey so to speak? Facial asymetry, autism, Bell's palsy, strabismus, Ramsay Hunt syndrome etc. Are all these things related?
