Explanation:
Na początku umowy powinno być szczegółowo określone kto to jest "lessor" i "lessee". Jeśli jedno z nich to firma i słowo "officer" nie byłozdefiniowane, to na pewno chodzi tutaj o zwolnienie ze stanowiska wyższego urzędnika, które to stanowisko niezbędne jest do utrzymania firmy w zgodzie z lokalnym prawem. Ponieważ każda firma musi mieć przynajmniej jednego wyższego urzędnika (Prezesa, Skarbnika, Sekretarza), zbędne jest wyjaśnienie o jakiego urzędnika tutaj chodzi. Jeśli urzędnik odpowiedzialny za finanse (skarbnik), albo za umowy (prezes) został zwolniony lub zmarł, to firma zwolniona jest z obowiązku zawiadomienia o przerwaniu kontraktu z dwu miesięcznym wyprzedzeniem.
